Tile Hill continues its rapid growth and welcomes Greg Hayes as Director of Executive Search, Megan Wain and Kathryn Reed as Associate Consultants and Jacqui Chart as Operations Manager

​Tile Hill is delighted to announce that Greg Hayes, Kathryn Reed, Megan Wain and Jacqui Chart have joined the team to further strengthen our offer to the public sector. Greg, Kathryn, Megan and Jacqui embody these commitments and are industry experts in their respective roles.

Greg Hayes joins as Director of Executive Search and will be working alongside David Weir and Anthony Lewis to continue to establish Tile Hill as the preferred provider of executive recruitment to the public sector. With over 15 years of working in public sector executive recruitment both in the UK and internationally, Greg has many strong, established relationships and a reputation for providing impactful appointments. He is passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in the industry and sector and will be responsible for growing the executive search arm of Tile Hill.

Kathryn Reed and Megan Wain join as Associate Consultants and they come with a wealth of experience of providing both interim and permanent senior appointments for public sector organisations. Kathryn and Megan will be responsible for continuing to develop Tile Hill’s candidate network through research, resourcing and networking.

Jacqui Chart joins as Operations Manager having worked for over 25 years in recruitment. Jacqui will help to make sure that the right operational processes are in place to enable Tile Hill’s continued growth and to ensure that all of our candidates and clients benefit from efficient and smooth operations.
