Kathryn’s career in recruitment has spanned across working on large scale recruitment campaigns for public and private sector organisations through to working closely with the public sector to appoint senior level interims into Local Authorities. Before starting a career in executive recruitment, Kathryn worked for a HR Consultancy, coordinating the recruitment and onboarding of their employees and international associates.
At Tile Hill Kathryn is responsible for identifying the right candidates for our clients and providing an exceptional experience for our candidates. Her role also involves managing many of the relationships within our network of interims, building relationships with new and existing individuals and ensuring we help them secure roles that suit their style and experience. Kathryn spends much of her day catching up with senior leaders across local government with the aim of building collaborative and long-lasting relationships.
Outside of work you can find Kathryn in a pub garden, with her nose in a book or jogging (very slowly) around her village.
