Megan successfully completed her law degree in 2016, before spending a year abroad, gaining valuable experience and knowledge that she has brought with her into her career in recruitment. She has previously worked in hospitality management; leading, building, and training teams of over 40 people.
Megan has spent over two years in Executive Recruitment and is responsible for providing both interim and permanent resourcing solutions within public sector organisations. Megan has experience of making appointments across the spectrum of local authority functions, ranging from social care to regeneration to finance roles. She focuses on building and developing our candidate network through research, resourcing and networking, placing candidate experience at the heart of her approach.
