As Assistant Director, you’ll use your technical expertise, positivity, tactical prowess and authentic collaborative qualities to help us set and deliver the strategies underpinning our ‘Getting to Good’ plan. You’ll be responsible for the county’s ‘Front Door’ and will take the lead for our ‘Helping Families Early’ strategy, building strong relationships with voluntary, community and faith groups, colleagues and elected Members. You’ll be an advocate of our ‘Family Resilience’ model and your continuous focus on quality interventions will positively impact the lives of children growing up in our county.
