Central to achieving this is our transformation programme to enhance our digital infrastructure, which has made significant strides, including our migration to the cloud. With over £2m invested in technology to unlock efficiencies, we  want our Transformation programme to now deliver a programme of change so that we can continue to run the breadth and depth of services we currently do.
  
To lead this charge, we are seeking an exceptional Assistant Director of Digital and Transformation to fast-track our agenda, working with a stakeholders to embed a culture of digitalisation and transformation throughout the organisation. Reporting directly to the Director of Resources, you will spearhead efforts to optimise our digital service offer and improve how we work internally and externally, ensuring our services are user led, efficient, and accessible.
