Assistant Director of Finance

This role is responsible for leading, planning and preparing the Trust’s Annual Accounts which includes but is not limited to, managing year end closedown and external audit of the accounts and working and communicating with significant number of colleagues and stakeholders across the Trust and external to the organisation. Producing financial plans and forecasts to manage the Trust’s Balance Sheet, capital investment and working capital positions, ensuring cash solvency is maintained and ensuring that statutory targets are achieved. Reporting the Trust’s financial position to the Board, Department of Health and Social Care, NHS England and the Integrated Care Board (“ICB”)
