As our new Director of Business Development and Engagement, you will be central to shaping and driving the QAA’s strategic direction, business and service development, and marketing capability. Building effective relationships internally and externally, you will have an opportunity to identify and develop services that meet the needs of the sector as well as execute strategies for business growth and innovation. You will embed a new team, develop internal ways of communication, understand political sensitivities, and develop our membership.

This role is for someone who thrives in an innovative and ambitious environment. Someone who can drive efficiency and commerciality while keeping outcomes for students at the heart of everything they do. Being a crucial appointment for QAA, this role gives you an opportunity to think creatively and make a real difference to the quality and standards in the education sector.
