As Executive Director, Growth & Partnerships, you will be at the helm of driving Basildon’s strategic growth initiatives. With responsibility for a £33 million budget and leadership over key areas including Policy & Partnerships, Communications, Planning, Regeneration, Economic Development, Asset Management, and Corporate Estates, your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our borough. You will set the direction, forge essential partnerships, and ensure that Basildon’s potential is fully realised.

Your ability to think strategically, manage diverse teams, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders will be critical in delivering exceptional outcomes.
