Tricuro is one of the largest LATC providers of Adult Social Care services offering residential and nursing care; day services; reablement; and care within the home across Dorset Council and Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole local authority areas.
Our ambition is to improve lives by building independence through person-centred care and by providing executive operational leadership to all of Tricuro’s directly provided and regulated services, this newly created post within our Executive Team will make an essential contribution to achieving this aim. As Executive Director of Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the provision of high quality, person-centered, safe, efficient and innovative services whilst taking a lead in the development and delivery of our strategic transformation plans.
You will ensure compliance to statutory and regulatory frameworks across Tricuro’s operations, provide advice to the Tricuro Board and our shareholder group as well as nurturing positive, robust and effective relationships with commissioners and key officers from our two Local Authority, NHS and CQC partners.
Some of the key accountabilities for our Executive Director of Operations will be:
Ensuring that all services are person-centred, values-based and have effective systems in place that encourage engagement with clients, their families and carers together with other key stakeholders.
Provide leadership and direct support to the operational senior leadership team and managers in the development of robust service delivery plans
Taking the executive lead on safeguarding across the organisation
Leading on the design and implementation of new operating models as part of our service transformation
Jointly lead the development of a learning and development strategy for operational services
Lead a process of culture and practice improvement across all operational service areas
Providing expert advice to the Executive, Board Members and Senior Leadership Team on areas relating to CQC regulation and directly provided services
Jointly lead on the service and business development, including the development of potential new income streams
Nurturing a positive learning culture of high standards and continuous improvement
Undertaking all relevant regulatory responsibilities, ensuring effective liaison with CQC and being the Nominated Individual for regulated services.
It is essential that applicants to this post should bring extensive experience of leading regulated care services across a range of settings and be able to demonstrate a successful record of driving and delivering service transformation, development, improvement and change.
