Interim Clinical and Operational Project Lead

To be responsible for the development and delivery of the operational programme to ensure
effective preparation and transfer of services to the new hospital including workforce preparation
and training, familiarisation for staff and service users, strategy for equipment procurement and
provision, development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
The postholder will be required to provide leadership, engagement and support to clinical and
support services to ensure delivery of cultural, technological and organisational change. The post
holder will need to work in partnership with clinical leads and clinical staff at all times throughput
the programme.
