We are working with a local authority client in their search for an Interim Head of Customer Services to deliver their customer access strategy. You will need experience in managing customer services including telephony and face to face services at both an operational and strategic level.
This is an initial 6-month contract with a day rate inside IR35 and with predominantly remote working.
