Job Description
Responsibilities include:
Coaching and mentoring for performance
Culture assessment across Housing service and leading the change plan development.
Engagement and change support sessions
Reviewing and assessing how talent is best developed within the programme and ensuring it is sustainable through change.
It is an initial 6-month contract outside of IR35.
