Interim Pay and Reward, Housing Transformation
We are working with a local authority in their search for an Interim Pay and Reward Project Manager (Housing Transformation). This is a 12-month contract.
You will be responsible for developing the HR plan around the wider housing transformation programme, and the pay structures and budget costings. This role requires a HR specialist in Pay and Reward who has prior experience of working in local government.
