Job Description

Lead a life-changing collaboration. Build a ground-breaking future.

The Thurrock Integrated Care Partnership is made up of three partner organisations; Thurrock Council, NELFT and EPUT. As a strategic partnership, we truly believe that getting the health and care offer right at a local level will ensure much better outcomes for the people of Thurrock. Whilst we are already a well-established partnership recognised for providing great levels of service, there is still more we can do to work together to support our people, including a stronger emphasis on prevention.

At this point in our journey, we seek a new Partnership Director for Adults Health and Social Care to act as the main strategic lead across the partnership, driving rapid change and innovation across the local health and care landscape in Thurrock. Putting residents at the heart of everything we do has been and will continue to be crucial to our success, so it is critical that this remains at the centre of our thinking going forwards.

As Partnership Director, you will take the lead in reimagining how we deliver the highest quality of integrated care across the borough, including better integration of mental health services, whilst strengthening relationships at a local level to ensure the very best local care that is personalised to each and every adult’s life. You will be proactive in shaping our integrated Primary Care Network locality strengths-based model, as well as developing our domiciliary homecare and community-led virtual ward models to ensure residents can access the right levels of care, when and where they need it, whatever their needs are.

We seek a passionate and experienced senior health or social care professional to lead our partnership to even greater success. You will be tenacious in your approach to driving transformation and also have the softer skills required to support and guide your teams through this exciting period of growth and development.

This is a monumental and ground-breaking time for Thurrock. Join us and put us at the heart of leading cutting-edge change in adults health and social care.

For a confidential discussion, contact Helen Anderson (07534 602845) or Anita Denton (07725 554802).
