Our client is looking for experienced transformation professionals, with Adult Social Care expertise, to join their team and work with their local authority clients. Your role will be to deliver system-wide transformation programmes, including the design, build and implementation of new operational models to improve outcomes for those in receipt of social care and their carers/families, whilst also delivering financial efficiencies and improving the performance of the service.
The ideal candidate will have Adult Social Care experience, extensive stakeholder engagement skills, commercial awareness, financial modelling expertise, project management and business analyst experience and will be used to working in a programme environment.
Candidates should be prepared to be involved and lead all elements of Adult Social Care transformation projects through from service design to implementation.
