What is your background?
I began my recruitment career with a property specialist recruitment company in 2015, and throughout this period I partnered with public sector organisations to provide interim management and consultancy solutions specifically within Land, Development & Regeneration. An area that I'm passionate about and have built up an extensive network of professionals from across the public and private sector.
Why did you decide to join Tile Hill?
I was hearing more and more about Tile Hill in the market and witnessing the quick, yet organic, growth of the business within the sector. After several conversations with David, Anthony and Greg, it was obvious as to why. Tile Hill strive to treat every individual with a genuine high level of customer service, no-one is ever just a number, and this is something which is in line with my ethics. Following my decision to join Tile Hill, and after meeting the wider team, I am truly excited about this opportunity to support my new colleagues in helping grow the business, and to exceed client expectations with excellent candidates and customer service.
Tell us more about your role at Tile Hill?
I'll be working closely with David and Anthony to help shape and grow ‘Place’, which includes Property, Development & Regeneration, Capital Projects, Highways & Transport, Infrastructure and neighbourly matters. An area that both I and Tile Hill have good track records of working within. I will focus on further enhancing existing relationships as well as establishing new ones with senior leadership teams across the sector. The role will not be one dimensional as I will be working closely with both the Interim and Search side of the business to share concepts and experience, and to successfully deliver against our clients and candidates’ requirements.
What will you be bringing to the table?
Having spent over five years recruiting interim Land, Development & Regeneration professionals within the public sector, I am able to bring a specialist knowledge and way of working to help enhance Tile Hill’s reputation in these areas. My structured approach, along with a positive mindset and dedication to succeed on delivering a win-win situation for both clients and candidates, is central to my day-to-day actions. Not only is my network and knowledge within the public sector, but it's also within the private sector and I believe there is a real opportunity to transition individuals over who are able to add true value, along with those currently in the public sector.
What’s your approach to recruitment?
A genuine and personal ‘human’ experience. The recruitment market is ever growing, so it is important to be yourself and focus on building long-term and honest relationships with clients and candidates.

What’s your top business tip?
Every person is different, so be adaptive, but more importantly, be yourself.
What would your autobiography be called?
