The service that Tile Hill offers to candidates is fantastic, like no other agency out there – they by far stand out as the best. Having applied for a couple of roles with Tile Hill, I’ve always found everyone to be incredibly friendly and supportive. The staff all put me at ease, they were forthcoming with information, and always kept me fully updated. Senior recruitment processes can sometimes be quite difficult, but I don’t feel like any of Tile Hill’s recruitment processes have been stressful – in fact, I’ve quite enjoyed them! Tile Hill is consistent in their service across the company, and it’s clear that all members of the team are passionate about their work.
