Tile Hill Executive Recruitment welcomes Anj Popat as new Senior Consultant

We are delighted to announce that Anj Popat has joined Tile Hill as a Senior Consultant. Anj will be working with Directors David Weir and Anthony Lewis to further develop Tile Hill’s local government interim practice and ensure that clients and interim managers across the sector continue to benefit from a high quality, thoughtful and personalised experience. Anj has a passion for diversity and the benefits that an inclusive leadership team brings to organisations and she will be working with Tile Hill on how this can be maximised throughout the recruitment process. 

Having initially started her career in recruitment at Penna in 2014 as an Associate Consultant, Anj was promoted to Consultant for local government in 2016 delivering senior level interim appointments across the sector. Whilst travelling across Australia in 2019, Anj spent time working for a global executive search and interim firm there and brings back valuable insight from another model of public service delivery.
