However, there is still much more work to be done, particularly around practice development and continuing to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
  
We’re looking for an inspirational Assistant Director of Early Help and Safeguarding who shares our belief in innovation, collaboration and inspiring the workforce to get the very best outcomes for all our children and young people. Someone who places children and young people at the centre of everything they do to ensure that everyone in Stockton-on-Tees can live a healthy, safe, and fulfilled life.
  
You’ll be joining an ambitious organisation and Children’s Service, which have huge potential and an empowering culture. You’ll also be coming to a place on the precipice of significant transformation that will change lives for generations to come.
