Chief Executive
Brunelcare
Brunelcare provides housing, care and support, helping people live well in their homes and communities. Its work spans different operating and regulatory environments, united by a shared social purpose.
As Chief Executive, you will work closely with the Board to develop a clear long-term strategy, exploring opportunities for growth and partnership while ensuring ambitions are supported by careful financial planning. You will build on the breadth of Brunelcare’s work, recognising the contribution each part makes and the opportunities they offer together.
Working with the Executive Team, you will translate that strategy into clear priorities and outcomes, maintaining strong oversight of performance and regulatory assurance. You will provide visible leadership across Brunelcare, ensuring the perspectives of colleagues, residents and the people it supports inform strategic decisions. Externally, you will be an influential advocate, developing relationships with commissioners, regulators and strategic partners.
This role will suit an established Chief Executive or experienced senior executive leader who combines strategic thinking with a strong understanding of operational delivery. You will have experience of helping organisations develop and adapt, with an openness to new approaches that improve outcomes and ways of working.
Experience within housing, care or another regulated environment will be valuable, alongside a track record of leading financial strategy and providing effective oversight of governance and risk.
A genuine commitment to Brunelcare’s social purpose will be essential. You will bring a collaborative approach and the credibility to build trusted relationships with the Board and Executive Team, providing clear direction and bringing colleagues with you in delivering Brunelcare’s ambitions.
