Interim HR Manager

I am supporting a public sector organisation in the search for an Interim HR Manager. The client is looking for an experienced HR leader with:
Strong organisational change experience
In-depth employment law and employee relations knowledge
Experience working with trade unions
The ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
Proven team leadership experience
A public sector background

The position is offered on a fixed-term contract basis, with a salary in the region of £70,000-£80,000, the flexibility of hybrid working and an ASAP start date.
