Interim Regeneration & Development Consultant

I am working with a local authority in the South in appointing a Regeneration & Development Consultant. This role will be to lead and coordinate key regeneration projects within the Council’s development programme, ensuring effective progression of strategic town centre regeneration schemes, property asset development, and delivery of associated capital projects. The role will provide senior-level leadership, programme management and commercial oversight across a portfolio of regeneration initiatives and construction projects.
