Amin Aziz is a Senior Consultant at Tile Hill, specialising in permanent executive search and senior leadership appointments across social care, health and local government. He has particular expertise in recruiting Directors of Children’s Services (DCS), Directors of Adult Social Services (DASS) and other senior strategic leaders, helping public sector organisations find the people who can make a lasting difference.

Amin began his career in local government, gaining experience across learning and development, resourcing and recruitment. He supported appointments across a range of directorates, from graduate and emerging talent programmes through to senior leadership roles. Before joining Tile Hill, he worked in executive search, partnering with local authorities and public service organisations on senior appointments and talent strategy projects. Having worked both in-house and as a consultant, Amin brings a strong understanding of the challenges involved in attracting and retaining talented leaders in the public sector.

As a qualified Business Psychologist, Amin takes an evidence-based approach to assessing leadership potential, organisational fit and long-term capability. He is particularly passionate about building diverse and inclusive leadership teams that reflect the communities they serve and supporting talented people from all backgrounds to access leadership opportunities. For Amin, recruitment is about more than filling a role.
