Anna Shepherd is the Head of Operations for the Executive Search Practice, having recently been promoted from an Executive Search Coordinator role. She has particular expertise in candidate and client experience, and ensures that every person that engages with Tile Hill feels supported throughout their journey. She has excellent communication skills and always makes sure she’s taking a client or candidate perspective to problems.

Anna joined Tile Hill from Penna Plc., where she spent four years as a Campaign Coordinator – immersing herself in the executive search process, managing large, multiple-role recruitment campaigns, creating assessment center and final panel interviews, and undertaking a number of other operations-based jobs.

She’s passionate about candidate experience. “It’s such a wonderful thing to be part of someone’s career journey. For many, these are dream jobs – helping communities thrive and stepping into roles they’ve worked towards for years.” Anna loves building new relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating with them to deliver an exceptional service.
