Avneet Panesar

Avneet Panesar is an Associate Consultant at Tile Hill, working within the Interim People Services team. She brings experience across local government recruitment, with a particular focus on placing interim professionals within Adults and children’s social care as well as education and public health.

Prior to joining Tile Hill, Avneet worked at GatenbySanderson, where she supported recruitment across a range of local government functions. It was during this time that she discovered her passion for social care recruitment, leading her to specialise in this area and focus on roles that directly support vulnerable communities.

Avneet is driven by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference through her work. She is particularly passionate about the role strong leadership plays in improving outcomes for children, families, and communities, and is motivated by helping organisations secure the talent needed to navigate an evolving and complex landscape.

At Tile Hill, Avneet is focused on building long-term relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. She is committed to delivering high-quality recruitment processes, developing strong candidate networks, and supporting individuals in making impactful career moves, all of which contribute to positive outcomes across the sector.

Outside of work, Avneet enjoys spending time with her family and is never happier than when she’s on a big family holiday in the sun with plenty of good food. She also previously worked as a primary school teacher and holds a PGCE, bringing valuable insight into the education sector.
