Chloe Shepherd is a Project Coordinator in the Interim management team at Tile Hill, and has particular expertise in operations and administration. She joined Tile Hill from the interim team at Odgers, bringing with her exceptional organisation skills, precision and knowledge of the executive search recruitment sector.
She supports Tile Hill’s clients and candidates through end-to-end operational delivery of the highest standard, ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey and the right matches are made between individual and organisation. Chloe thrives in the fast-paced environment of interim recruitment, building long-lasting relationships over a relatively short space of time and delivering exceptional administrative and operational services to clients, candidates and Tile Hill.
Chloe hopes to support Tile Hill to continuously develop concise, efficient and effective operational processes – and ultimately deliver assignments for our clients and candidates with precision. She wants to help grow the company by continuing to build trust and expand the Tile Hill network.
She’s never happier than when she’s somewhere sunny with her son and husband. Chloe also spent her childhood performing and went on to train professionally in musical theatre in London, appearing in many shows across the country. A bit more glamorous than recruitment then.
