Denise Caroll is an Associate Consultant at Tile Hill, specialising in interim appointments within Local Government. Her focus lies in “Place”-based roles, spanning Environmental Services, Highways and Transport, Communities and Neighbourhoods, and Planning.

 With a background in life sciences and executive recruitment, Denise brings extensive experience in engaging senior-level professionals and managing complex briefs. Before joining Tile Hill, she worked as a sales representative in private health insurance and later spent two and a half years recruiting senior directors for major global pharmaceutical companies. This combination of commercial acumen and people-centred recruitment experience underpins her approach to the fast-paced interim market.

 Outside of work, Denise is a competitive hurling player, a sport known for its fast pace, and she’s never happier than when traveling to a new country with friends or spending time with family back home in Ireland.
