Dino Christodoulou

Dino Christodoulou is a Director at Tile Hill, with experience in recruiting to executive-level roles and building teams across the public sector since 2015, specifically Housing Associations and Local Authorities. He joined Tile Hill in 2020 from a housing and property specialist recruitment company, bringing an extensive network of leaders from the public, private and third sectors.

Dino’s vision for Tile Hill is to be the leading and most trusted recruitment partner, dedicated to connecting senior leadership teams and Boards with exceptional candidates who share a passion for affordable housing and a sustainable business to support this. By understanding the unique challenges and objectives of each campaign, Dino’s aim is to provide a tailored, inclusive recruitment offer to increase the level of diversity, in all its forms, across senior leadership teams and Boards across Housing Associations. His commitment to excellence and integrity will ensure every appointment not only positively impacts the organisation, but also contributes to the broader mission of making affordable housing accessible to all.

Dino’s accessible approach and deep understanding of his clients and candidates needs have made him a leading recruiter, having been named consecutively in the Institute of Interim Management Survey since 2021, placing in the top three across the country on two occasions. He is also a Member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).

Outside of work, Dino spends most of his time with wife and little one, family and friends. He also enjoys staying active with football, country walks, barbecuing, and the occasional Three Peaks Challenge.
