Dino Christodoulou

Dino Christodoulou is an Associate Director at Tile Hill, with significant expertise in recruiting to roles within Housing, Property, Regeneration and Capital Projects. He joined Tile Hill from a specialist property recruitment company, bringing with him an extensive network of interim managers and leaders from the public sector’s built environment programmes.

Dino is passionate about connecting the right people to lead high-pressure and significant initiatives for residents and communities, and is driven by the knowledge that Tile Hill is indirectly supporting people and places across the country.

Dino hopes to support the growth of the company by developing and building the interim practice within the housing, property, regeneration and capital projects sector – as well as continuing to work collaboratively across the business as a whole. He’s never happier than when he’s “doing the right things, in the right way, to progress or achieve success”.

Dino started out in recruitment at the heady age of 19 and 8 years later at the age of 27, he’s been recruiting for 37.5% of his lifetime so far.
