Researcher – Executive Search
Dylan is our dedicated Researcher working across our Executive Search Team, with a generalist focus across our People, Place, and Resources practices. With a Master’s degree in Political Economy from The London School of Economics and a BSc in Politics from Cardiff University, Dylan combines his academic background with a personal passion for facilitating positive and constructive candidate experiences.
Before joining Tile Hill, Dylan gained valuable recruitment insights from the world of asset management and financial services at Logan Sinclair, a boutique executive search firm, where he worked on senior roles across Investment, Marketing, and Distribution. This experience fostered his passion for deep and considered research processes, cultivating long-term relationships across the market, and providing detailed support and advice informed by real-world data. Dylan was drawn to Tile Hill by its commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience, the opportunity to bring a fresh perspective to the Research function, and the chance to combine his previous recruitment experience with his academic and personal interests in politics and public service.
At Tile Hill, Dylan supports our team by engaging with candidates across the market during the Search process, providing tailored feedback and application advice. His other activities include conducting ad-hoc mapping and salary benchmarking services, alongside engaging with the wider research community, ensuring Tile Hill is well-informed of market trends and developments. His personal interest in all aspects of local government and the broader political outlook make him well-equipped to succeed in facilitating positive candidate experiences.
Outside of work, Dylan can often be found exploring London’s hidden food spots, cycling through the city or the Cotswolds, or behind the decks honing his DJ skills. Whether it’s discovering a new dish or curating the perfect playlist, he brings the same curiosity and creativity to his downtime as he does to his work.
