Ella Vanderhook is a Project Administrator in the Executive Search team, where she supports the team to deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience. She joined Tile Hill with considerable experience in customer-facing roles, giving her the skills and knowledge she needs to provide a seamless service to the diverse networks of people that Tile Hill works with on a daily basis. She takes a holistic approach to her work, supporting candidates through every step of their journey to feel engaged, and building long-lasting relationships that will benefit Tile Hill in their strategic aims.
