Holly Ward is a Project Coordinator in Tile Hill’s Executive Interim management team, providing administrative and operational support to all levels of the management team and wider company.
Holly joined Tile Hill after spending three years working for Oliver Sanderson, an Executive Search organisation – and brought with her an excellent knowledge of the interim recruitment industry, strong customer service skills, and a real understanding of the interim onboarding and compliance processes.
She is motivated by her colleagues’ passion to find the right individual for each and every role, supporting them as they go above and beyond to deliver for clients, communities, and candidates across the UK. She particularly enjoys helping candidates find their dream job and fulfill their career goals.
Holly loves the collaborative culture at Tile Hill and the fact that everyone is willing to go out of their way to help each other to ensure the best service is provided. She hopes to help the company grow by providing exceptional customer service and operational support from within the Operations Team.
She’s never happier than when she’s exploring a new country with her friends and family – and she used to swim competitively for the London Borough of Redbridge.
