Jai Patel is a Consultant, specialising in Children and Adult Social Care, and Education. He joined Tile Hill after graduating with a Finance degree from university – bringing excellent analytical and interpersonal skills to the job.

Jai is motivated by the knowledge that successful interim placements can have a substantial impact on communities across the country – and that providing an excellent service to both candidates and the client is part of this.

He enjoys recruitment as it offers both a space to learn about different sectors and industries, and the satisfaction of helping a great candidate secure a fulfilling role.

Jai is never happier than when he’s asleep, only likes “ugly” dogs and spends his summer weekends playing village cricket.
