James Schuman is an Associate Consultant in People Services, with a particular specialism in Adult and Children Social Care. He joined Tile Hill with seven years of experience in public sector recruitment, focusing on the interim market in local government, and working across Social Care, Public Health and Commissioning for leading firms like iPeople and Badenoch & Clark.

He is driven to deliver positive outcomes for people that rely on the social care system, working with clients and candidates who share his commitment for improving services for users and communities. He also loves to help people achieve their career goals and aspirations, and enjoys working at a company where client and candidate experience is always front and centre.
