She has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the sector, and a strong track record of working with organisations delivering vital public services.

Before joining Tile Hill, Jeanette worked at Goodman Masson, where she placed senior interim professionals into public sector housebuilders, housing associations, local authorities, and local authority development companies throughout the UK. This experience gives her a broad and practical perspective on the leadership talent needed to deliver effective services and sustainable communities.

She is particularly passionate about strengthening diversity within leadership teams and helping organisations build structures that truly reflect the communities they serve.
