Jen Stemp
Head of Marketing
Jen Stemp is Head of Marketing at Tile Hill. She is responsible for shaping and delivering the company’s marketing strategy, ensuring the Tile Hill brand connects with senior executives across the public sector. Her role goes beyond brand visibility - it’s about storytelling, amplifying the value Tile Hill provides to clients and candidates, and positioning the firm as the go-to partner for leadership talent thereby supporting our vision and growth objectives.
Jen specialises in B2B marketing for executive search, with a particular passion for bold campaigns that drive impact and ROI. Her strategic and creative expertise spans digital strategy, thought leadership, and event-led marketing, all focused on engaging senior leaders and decision-makers. She is also interested in how AI is transforming the way we work and the content we create, while carefully considering its ethical implications.
Before joining Tile Hill, Jen grew and managed the marketing team at GatenbySanderson, developing digital marketing strategies to expand into new markets and strengthen client and candidate engagement. She brings a strong background in SEO, content strategy, and demand generation, helping Tile Hill continue to expand and strengthen its position as a market leader.
Jen is motivated by a commitment to using her marketing expertise for good. “Helping the team connect outstanding leaders with organisations that make a real difference is what gets me excited to get to work,” she says. At Tile Hill, she loves the emphasis on partnership and the genuine commitment to candidate care. “It’s refreshing to be part of a firm that values doing things differently and puts both candidates and its people at the heart of its growth.”
Her focus is on building a differentiated brand, creating compelling content, and ensuring Tile Hill’s expertise is widely recognised - reflecting the exceptional experience clients and candidates have when working with the firm.
Jen is never happier than when planning the perfect campaign strategy in Asana with a cup of coffee in hand, or throwing paint at a canvas in her studio. She’s also been known to dress as a giant handmade friendship bracelet for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour (of which she says she has "no regrets"). If she could have dinner with any leader, it would be Maria Balshaw, Director of Tate, to discuss leadership, change management, and making the arts more inclusive while pushing creative boundaries.
