Jen Stemp leads marketing and brand at Tile Hill, shaping how the business is seen and experienced by the senior public sector leaders it works with. Her remit spans brand, content, community, events and digital — connecting commercial ambition with a consistent, credible presence in the market that reflects our commitment to exceptional candidate and client experience.

Jen brings senior marketing leadership grounded in both strategy and delivery. She understands how executive search and interim management recruiters build awareness, trust and credibility with a senior audience, and designs marketing that reflects the quality of Tile Hill's work. As a member of our wider leadership team, she also leads on AI literacy and skills development internally and is driving the employer value proposition to help us attract new talent into the team.

Before Tile Hill, Jen was Marketing Manager at GatenbySanderson, where she introduced a campaign-led approach and demonstrated clear commercial return. Earlier roles at AQA included leading high-impact campaigns that combined revenue generation with widened access to education for young people in England. Her career spans agency, in-house and freelance environments, with a foundation in journalism, SEO and content.

Jen lives in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Outside of work she paints colourful art in an impressionist style. She is currently applying that colour sensibility to mugs, bowls and plates she is learning to throw pottery in a community studio. A devoted Swiftie, she would tell you she is firmly in her creative era and considers pop culture just as important to the arts as any other discipline.
