Joe Glynne

Associate Consultant

“I love helping people achieve their career goals and making a positive impact on communities through meaningful recruitment.”

Joe Glynne is our dedicated Associate Consultant on Tile Hill’s Interim People team. As he builds his candidate network, Joe is dedicated to matching the right people to the right roles, carefully understanding each candidate’s background and current availability to provide excellent support to his team and clients.

With a degree from the University of Exeter, Joe brings a unique perspective to recruitment. His studies in health, healthcare, and sports psychology—along with his dissertation on supporting adolescents with Type 1 diabetes in physical activity—have given him an insightful understanding of child social care and the health sector.

Though new to the recruitment field, Joe gained valuable experience managing an activity camp for primary school-aged children during school holidays. This role helped build his confidence, organisation, and leadership skills. Additionally, he worked part-time at a SEND school, further developing his industry knowledge and helping him connect with candidates in similar roles.

Driven by a desire to make a difference, Joe finds meaning in public sector recruitment. At Tile Hill, Joe values the strong commitment to its mission and ethos, which are reflected not only in daily work but in the company’s accolades and achievements. “Tile Hill invests in its people, making it a truly inspiring place to work,” he says. This dedication empowers Joe to develop his skills and contribute meaningfully to the company’s growth.

Joe is excited to support Tile Hill’s success by attracting talented individuals and ensuring every candidate has a positive experience. Through an understanding of each candidate’s needs, he aims to foster long-lasting relationships that strengthen Tile Hill’s reputation.

Outside of work, Joe is happiest on the rugby pitch, enjoying the camaraderie and competitive spirit of the game.
