Jonny Finnikin is a Consultant in Interim Executive (Finance) at Tile Hill, he has a strong focus on finance but brings a wealth of experience across Corporate Resources in the West and East Midlands.
Before joining Tile Hill, Jonny worked in banking after university and then moved to Venn Group, where he covered all areas in Local Government recruitment, including Finance, IT/Digital, Procurement, Housing, Regeneration, and Place. His extensive experience in Local Government recruitment gives him a keen insight into what Local Authorities need in the current climate.
Motivated by the opportunity to collaborate and make a real difference in the lives of people locally and nationally, Jonny is passionate about supporting people's careers while positively impacting the community. Having family members who work in the public sector gives him a personal understanding of the challenges faced by this sector, making his work even more meaningful.
Jonny loves recruitment because it allows him to be a part of people’s journeys, positively impacting candidates' and clients' lives and, in turn, the communities they serve. The unpredictability of recruitment, where no day is ever the same, adds to his passion for the field. He is thrilled to be part of Tile Hill, a company that values and supports the public sector and aligns with his personal values.

On a personal note, Jonny is never happier than when he’s pacing around nervously watching Arsenal or the Dallas Mavericks play. Additionally, he holds a black belt in kickboxing, showcasing his discipline and commitment in both his professional and personal life.
