Laura Murphy is a Senior Consultant at Tile Hill in the Interim Management team, with a specialism in technology, digital, and data interim assignments across all public sector bodies. Laura has over 17 years of experience in public sector interim recruitment in the UK and has also worked with a range of organisations in Ireland including some of the world’s largest technology corporations.

In her early career, Laura worked predominantly with local government, the NHS and housing associations, before moving to Gatenby Sanderson for eight years to help deliver senior Interim Leadership solutions in People Services within local authorities. More recently, she’s built up particular expertise in digital and technology recruitment in both the public and private sectors, helping to build, manage and sustain services that positively affect the lives of millions of people.

Laura is genuinely passionate about working with public services to deliver exceptional results for people and communities across the UK. “Every client’s needs are unique. Laura is currently building a new division around IT, Digital, and Data at Tile Hill. As the division expands, she hopes it will enable Tile Hill to grow and continue to offer clients specialist consultation across sectors.

Laura loves travelling and is never happier than when she’s about to take off to distant lands.
