Maud Hollis is a Senior Consultant in Tile Hill’s Executive Search team, with a particular interest in Place-based roles and the variety it offers. She joined Tile Hill from Solace, having spent ten years in the Interim department before moving into Executive Search. She brought with her considerable experience of senior-level executive recruitment, covering a wide range of roles from Head of Waste Management to the Chief Executive of local authorities.

Maud is motivated by supporting organisations to recruit and retain individuals who genuinely want to make a positive impact for the communities they serve, as well as ensuring candidates have a positive and supportive recruitment experience. She particularly enjoys matching individuals with organisations and roles that will fulfil their potential and allow them to flourish. Maud hopes to support the growth of the company by working closely with clients to identify the skills, fit, values and leadership style they are looking for from candidates – and using her wealth of knowledge and networks to identify the best people for the role.

She grew up on a pig farm (pigs are, she emphasises, one of the cleanest and cleverest animals on the planet), and is never happier than when she’s eating delicious food and spending time with her family.
