Nik Shah is an Associate Director in the Interim Management team, specialising in interim appointments across People Services, which includes Children and Adult Social Care, Education, and Health. He joined Tile Hill with over ten years of senior-level recruitment experience in People Services, three of which were spent at an international executive recruitment company, Odgers.

Nik has a deep understanding of the complex issues and demands that social care recruitment is facing, and as such, has built up a brilliant network – becoming a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates in the sector. He is passionate about appointing the right people into incredibly important roles and helping local authorities to make a positive difference to the communities they serve, including the most vulnerable children and adults across the country.

Nik is motivated to help people to fulfill their career ambitions, matching candidates to the perfect role and supporting them to realise their potential. He’s never happier than when he’s spending time with his wife and son, and he can speak four languages.
