Rebecca Keen is an Executive Search Coordinator at Tile Hill, with particular expertise in candidate experience, customer service and satisfaction. Rebecca has been delivering high-quality administration and excellent customer service for over ten years – previously working in the Executive Search and Interim team of Hoggett Bowers and other recruitment roles in healthcare and IT.
She is passionate about building meaningful and productive relationships with candidates, supporting them through the process and ensuring they have a positive experience, regardless of the outcome. Rebecca particularly enjoys working with colleagues who share this passion: “We all care about what we do. She hopes to support the growth of the company by continuing to approach recruitment in a human and personal way, delivering outstanding customer service which will leave a lasting impression on the individuals Tile Hill interacts with. Rebecca also wants to continue to build trust and confidence with candidates through exceptional communication – making sure they feel supported through every stage of the search process.
She’s never happier than when she has her head in a book or excel spreadsheet and is “a total geek and proud of it”.
