As Associate Consultant, Sahana identifies and builds new opportunities by establishing and leveraging clients’ relationships. She is responsible for attracting candidates by building positive relationships and understanding the candidate's needs and requirements.
After obtaining her law degree, she decided to pursue a career in recruitment, allowing her to have the ability to network with different people. Sahana is passionate about helping communities by fostering strong, lasting relationships. Sahana will be specialising in the People service area which includes Adult Social Care, Children's Social Care, Education and Public Health.
Outside of work, Sahana enjoys spending time with her friends and family. Her goal in life is to travel around the world and explore different cultures.
