Sarah brings a wealth of experience in the executive search industry, with a track record spanning over 15 years working for the Odgers Group of Companies. Her role at Tile Hill involves supporting the identification of opportunities for collaboration, fostering long-term relationships, and ultimately ensuring client and candidate satisfaction.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Sarah's heart belongs to her French Bulldog, Blue. She also engages in competitive netball in the Birmingham City Netball League. Sarah is an avid traveller; she toured Southeast Asia in her 20s and, more recently, embarked on a remarkable journey. She and her partner transformed a Ford Transit into a campervan, traveling across Europe, visiting 14 countries and 52 cities in just 5 months. During this adventure, she made countless memories and gained insights into diverse cultures and histories.
