Tom McElroy Williams is an Associate Consultant within the Executive Search team, specialising in permanent placements in Corporate Resources, particularly in ICT & Digital services and Human Resources. He brings a robust background in local government executive recruitment from his tenure at another leading executive search firm.

Tom’s commitment to local government is deeply rooted in both his personal and professional life. With a strong family history in the public sector, he graduated from Newcastle University with a degree in Human Geography. His dissertation focused on gentrification and the impacts of social displacement, closely examining the roles of councils and public policy. His academic pursuit and personal connections have fuelled his passion for public service and his desire to see public organizations thrive for the benefit of local communities.
