Yasin Din is Senior Consultant within the People Service’s department, overseeing recruitment across Children and Adult Social Care, Education and Health. He has particular expertise in Children and Adult Social Care, having spent several years building relationships in this field.

Before joining Tile Hill, Yasin was Business Development Director at iPeople where he delivered highly effective Social Work Project Teams to local authorities across the country – improving services through thoughtful and specialist recruitment strategies.

Yasin is driven by his commitment to delivering for children and young people across the country, placing the right people in the right places to really make a difference – and his favourite part of the job is hearing success stories of candidates and the impact they’ve had on children and families. In particular, Yasin is passionate about creating opportunities for people who come from different backgrounds, building a more equal and diverse public leadership landscape.

His vision is to grow People Services and become the number one supplier of interims to local government – and ultimately, for Tile Hill to become the number one supplier across People, Place and Resources.

Yasin is also an avid Arsenal fan and holds a season ticket.
