Zarvesha Rasool is an Associate Consultant at Tile Hill, maintaining, developing and expanding our candidate network. She specialises in Resources, working across a number of back-office functions including HR, Customer Services, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and IT and Digital. She joined Tile Hill in 2022 after graduating with a degree in English from King’s College London.

For Zarvesha, public sector recruitment is fulfilling because “the people we work with go on to make fundamental decisions that affect the wellbeing of a local community. And that’s powerful.” She’s motivated by the fact that the team is able to have a real impact through the work they do and she loves to help people: “Recruitment allows you to see the tangible impact you’re having when supporting a client or candidate, and that’s priceless. Zarvesha is hoping to support the growth of the company by continuing to offer an authentic and honest service to both candidates and clients, supporting them throughout the process and beyond. As she says, “There’s nothing more effective for growth than our network vouching for the company.”

She’s never happier than when she’s spending time with her family, and can happily eat chocolate for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and not get sick of it.
