Celebrating Our 2025 Award Nominations

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been thrilled to receive a number of nominations across three major award programmes, the British Recruitment Awards, the Recruitment & Employment Confederation Awards, and the TIARA Recruitment Awards.

These shortlists recognise the dedication, hard work and values that run through our whole business – from leadership and candidate care to the strength of our operations team.

Our People
We’re especially proud to see so many of our colleagues recognised individually this year.

David Weir has been shortlisted for Leader of the Year at both the British Recruitment Awards and the REC Awards, as well asthe TIARA Recruitment Leader of the Year. His leadership has shaped a business that stays true to its values, puts people first, and focuses on making a positive impact across the sectors we serve.

Zarvesha Rasool is nominated for Rising Star of the Year at the British Recruitment Awards. Zarvesha is a rising star in every sense – her talent, drive and commitment shine through in the way she supports clients and candidates. She has already achieved so much in her career at Tile Hill, and this recognition is a reflection of the outstanding consultant and colleague she is.

Kathryn Reed has been shortlisted for Candidate Experience of the Year at the REC Awards. Candidate care sits at the heart of what we do, and Kathryn exemplifies this every day. Her recognition reflects not just her own dedication, but the standard our whole team strives for, something also reflected in us ranking first place in the 2025 IIM Survey.

Our Teams
It’s also brilliant to see our teams recognised for the vital role they play.

Our Operations Team, led by Jacqui Chart, has been shortlisted for Agency Recruitment Team of the Year at the British Recruitment Awards and for the Business Services Team of the Year at the TIARAs. Their work underpins everything we do and ensures we deliver the best possible service to clients, candidates and colleagues.

As a business, we’ve also been shortlisted for Public/Third Sector Recruitment Agency of the Year (British Recruitment Awards), Best Recruitment Company to Work For (TIARAs), and Demonstrating High Standards in Recruitment (REC Awards).

Why This Matters
For us, these nominations aren’t just about recognition, they highlight the things that matter most: leading with integrity, supporting our people, delivering exceptional candidate experiences, and keeping high standards at the core of everything we do.
