Thank you to everyone who voted for Tile Hill and our consultants, we are eternally grateful.
It's been a whirlwind year and we are looking forward to exciting times as we emerge from Covid-19. In the last 12 months we've grown a lot as a business in terms of our size, our client base, and the lessons we’ve learned. Our focus this year has been on building this growth whilst remembering why we set up Tile Hill - to lead the charge towards a more thoughtful and personal experience for interim managers.
We really do use the survey as a benchmark of best practice in the industry and to check that we are providing the level of service our interim community wants and deserves. These latest results give us a lot of confidence that we are heading in the right direction. There is always more we can do and we're excited to keep listening, learning, and honing the service we provide to you. So, please do provide direct feedback if you feel we could do things differently.
As ever, we will shortly publish our response to the trends identified in this year’s survey and continue to work with the IIM to make the interim industry an inclusive and supportive community.
