IIM survey: Our little hill just got higher

​We can’t say a big enough thank you to everyone who voted for Tile Hill in the 2020 IIM Interim Management Survey. It’s been a hugely challenging year, that’s for sure, so we are really thrilled to learn that we’ve risen from 30th to 14th and that our very own Anthony Lewis was voted Consultant of the Year! This result gives us confidence that we’re on the right track.

We launched Tile Hill 3 years ago because we believe that senior recruitment in the public sector can be better. We want to lead the charge towards a more thoughtful and personal experience for interim managers. And we want to make sure that we always support our public sector clients to access the right people, with the right approach, and right skills, when they need them. We’re incredibly fortunate to work with such great clients across areas of the public sector that make a huge difference to all of our lives. This is something we are keen to continue celebrating in the wake of Covid-19. As we look forward, we are excited by the prospect of continuing to find interesting, demanding and rewarding roles for the Tile Hill community of interim managers. And hopefully meeting up with you as soon as is safe and reasonable.

This year has been a period of growth for us. The team has grown with the arrival of Anj Popat as Senior Consultant and Freya Valentine and Megan Wain as Associate Consultants. And we are excited to shortly announce the arrival of a new Director to further build out our Executive Search practice. So watch this space.
