Shannon Walsh is a Marketing Executive at Tile Hill with particular interest and expertise in contributing to company growth, brand development and all things marketing.
After graduating with a university degree in Mass Communications, Shannon progressed her career in hospitality marketing. Her previous role was for a global hospitality company where she managed renowned brands such as Starbucks, Subway, Costa and Jamie Oliver.
She’s motivated by the knowledge that the work she’s doing at Tile Hill has an impact much further afield – and loves seeing the effect the organisation has on local communities and the public sector as a whole. While Shannon is new to public sector recruitment, her personal values align perfectly with the ethos of Tile Hill – and she can’t wait to help place candidates that will make a real difference to the people they serve. Shannon also prides herself in being a people’s person and building strong connections and relationships with colleagues and clients. Over the coming months, Shannon wants to bring all her previous training, experience and skills to support the growth of the company in every way she can.
When she’s not devising brilliant marketing strategies, Shannon loves going to festivals and gigs, or just spending time with her loved ones and dog called Willow.
